Dr. Brian Gin

A Fremont native and Mission San Jose High School alum, Dr. Brian has blended a family-first philosophy with modern clinical innovation since joining the practice in 2006. He is highly regarded for his tiered dry eye protocols and his leadership in Full-Spectrum Myopia Management.

Dr. Brian is one of the few local providers offering all four major clinical interventions: overnight CRT / Ortho-K lenses, Stellest spectacle lenses, multifocal daily contacts (MiSight/NaturalVue), and low-dose atropine therapy. His passion for finding the perfect fit extends to our optical boutique, where he personally sources specialized frames like Tomato Glasses for kids—a brand he brought to the practice 15 years ago to help his own son find durable, well-fitting eyewear.

Outside the Office:
You’ll likely find Brian snowboarding, climbing, or playing pickleball. At home, he enjoys PC gaming and spending time with his wife, Dr. Sara Chiu, their two sons, and their labradoodle, Arlo.
