2023 Covid-19 Policies

As of 4/3/2023 we will have new policies in place for the continued protection of our patients and staff.

  1. Masks are no longer mandatory, but they are still strongly encouraged as we often have close face to face communication in our clinic setting.
  2. Medical history and insurance verification forms are still sent out digitally via email or text after booking an exam. Please fill them out at least a day before your exam on your computer or mobile device to help efficiency and decrease your time in the office.
  3. Patients are allowed to pull frames off the board, but we ask all frames that are “tried on” to be placed in a tray so we can clean them with our UV sanitizer before placing them back on the board.
  4. There is a limit of 3 people in the exam room (including the doctor). If two parents accompany a child to their appointment, one parent can sit in on the exam while the other can remain in the lobby. The doctor will bring in the fellow parent at the end of the exam to summarize and go over treatment plans.
